Patient Coordinator

Here at Leesburg Family Smiles, our experienced, professional team provides top-quality dental care to families throughout the area. We are proud to have served Leesburg and Purcellville for over 40 years. Our practice is unique because of our focus on prevention and health. Our holistic approach emphasizes the cause of disease, not just the effects. We do this because we want our patients to be free from dental pain, disease and enjoy overall health.

We are looking for an individual to join our office who is patient focused, team oriented and has problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy is key. 

As a Patient Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and  perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Greet patients warmly and provide necessary information about services and procedures.
• Verify insurance for all clinical appointments and ensure proper documentation and follow-up is in place.
• Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
